Nokia is back after a long time and announced the list of the Nokia smartphones to be launched this quarter. There is quite a lot of rumors about the launch of various Nokia smartphones but Nokia only said it will be launching only 3 smartphones and 1 feature phone this quarter.
We will be listing the upcoming Nokia smartphones which are about to launch this quarter and rumors claim that they will be launched this month i.e.., May 2017 but there is no official announcement regarding the release date.
Below are the Nokia smartphones launching globally this quarter.
Nokia 6 is the high-end smartphone among all its other smartphones which are launching this quarter.
The specifications of the smartphone are decent but not top-notch but still, there is a hope of having great performance even with medium specs.
Nokia 6 has a 5.5-inch display with a resolution of 1920×1080 and powered by a Qualcomm snapdragon 430 chipset with Adreno 505 GPU. It has a 16MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, Duel-LED flash, PDAF and 8MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture. It has 3000mAh battery and it’s no removable.
Nokia 6 will be available in 2 variants, one with 3GB RAM/32GB internal storage and other with 4GB RAM/64GB internal storage.
Nokia 5 is the next model which costs lesser than Nokia 6 and has some different specs.
Nokia 5 has a 5.2 inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 720x1280p and surprisingly it has the same processor and GPU (Snapdragon 430 with Adreno 505 GPU ) as Nokia 6.
Nokia 5 has a 13MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and 8MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture. It also has a 3000mAh battery and it’s non-removable.
Nokia 3 is the lower-end model in this series which has some underpowered specs and mostly targets budget smartphone segment compared to others.
Nokia 3 has a 5-inch display with a resolution of 1280x720p. It is powered by a MediaTek MT6737 processor with Mali T720MP2 GPU which is not that great specs if the price id high.
Nokia 3 has an 8MP front and rear cameras with f/2.0 aperture and has a 2650mAh battery which is non-removable.
All the Nokia smartphones will come with latest Android 7.0 and company promises that these smartphones will receive updates as soon as they are available.
Nokia 3310 is not a smartphone but it’s a feature phone which is modified version iconic Nokia 3310. Nokia 3310 is known for its durability and battery life and now Nokia wants to release them again by making it meet current design.
Nokia 3310 has 2.4-inch QVGA display, 2MP camera, 16MP internal memory and has SD card support which is expandable upto 32GB. It has 1200 mAh battery which company claims that it will last for weeks without charge.
Overall, Nokia 3310 is basic feature phone which mostly concentrates on design, durability, and battery life.
